WRTW Pattern Maker (gn)

Responsibilities:

Create patterns based on the Design Team’s sketches
Manage the manufacturing of patterns used for prototypes using CAD programs
Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice on product development and handling any modifications required
Build and maintain a close relationship with the Design, Product Development and manufacturing facilities to ensure a in time product delivery
Develop and guarantee standard fits in collaboration with production pattern makers and the internal technicians
Continually research new ideas to improve quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

A pattern maker graduate with at least 3 years’ experience
Strong technical knowledge and experience of garment construction and pattern cutting across various womenswear categories like blazers and coats
An expert in pattern cutting preferably using CAD Assyst
Highly organized and able to plan efficiently with ability to meet deadlines
An individual with clear initiative, proactive
Willing to travel from time to time
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
