Creative Pattern Maker Dresses (gn)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the design team to develop creative pattern cuts.
• Approve prototypes during fittings.
• Monitor fit and craftsmanship, working closely with production pattern cutters in the creation of worksheets and grading.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality standards and grading rules.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in creative patterns, preferably in the high-end women’s ready-to-wear genre, specifically in dresses, following advanced training in pattern making.
• Success in this role requires the ability to meticulously translate creative designs into detailed executions.
• Highly organized and able to plan efficiently
• An individual with clear initiative
• Familiarity with CAD software, particularly Assyst, would be advantageous.
